We can qualify your company for local utility rebates and federal tax incentives (EPACT 2005). These programs are available for both commercial building owners and lessees who implement energy upgrades. These programs apply to both existing buildings and new construction projects. As your project sponsor, we provide the necessary certification for these programs.
